As an Assessor I regularly see people struggling with cross referencing, muddled by the jargon and feeling overwhelmed. Assessors now have such terrific workloads, that they haven't the time to dedicate to each candidate. Consequently, worries mount and candidates feel lost and confused. I was inspired to write these guides after reading endless posts on various forums from candidates who felt like this. My
guides aim to simplify the jargon and point you in the right direction
to find the answers, or what you need to be seen to be doing by your
